ShopThing Marketplace: How To Ship Your Order

LET’S GET STARTED!

Please follow the steps below to ship off your sold order!

***If you sell a bag that is equal to or greater than $500 in your local currency, you will be required to send it to ShopThing for authentication. In this case, please disregard the steps below, and instead follow the process linked here!

  1. Log into our inventory system using your Seller login details - https://dashboard.shopthing.com/#/orders.

  2. Go to Pending Shipment and find the order you are going to ship.

  3. Tap the order you are going to ship

  4. Tap on the image icon to ensure that the item you are packing is the same item that you intend to ship. Please complete a quality check before proceeding with shipping (refer to Appendix A - Quality Control Checklist and Appendix B - How to pack)

    a. Once everything has been confirmed, select the checkbox under the image column

  5. Optional: Scroll to the top of the page and tap on “Print Packing Slip”. The packing slip will open in a new window. Please print the packing slip and place it inside your package.

  6. Scroll to the top of the page and tap on the Ship Selected Orders tab

  7. Under Shipping, you will need to select a Delivery Confirmation Option

    a. For orders that are under $1,000, leave the dropdown empty

    b. For orders that are over $1,000.00 select Signature 

    c. For Orders that are over $3,000, select Adult Signature

    **Please leave the predefined package field empty!

  8. Please have the box or bubble mailer you are shipping your order in beside you, so you can select the package dimensions from the dropdown or manually enter the following:

    a. The package measurements (length, width, height) - dimensions of boxes are typically written at the bottom of the box

    b. The weight of your package

  9. If you are shipping your order to a customer in another country, there will be additional information you have to enter.

    a. ShopThing will populate the quantity, description and weight for you.

    b. Please select the appropriate tariff code from the dropdown or manually enter.

  10. Tap to Get Shipping Rates

    a. If the shipping method is standard, select the option that allows for be 2-3 days delivery

    b. If the shipping method is priority, select the option that allows for 1-2 day delivery

    DOMESTIC (shipping within Canada)

    i. If delivery is standard select CanadaPost ExpeditedParcel OR FedEx Ground

    ii. If delivery is priority select CanadaPost XPRESSPOST OR FedEx Express Saver 

    INTERNATIONAL (shipping from Canada to the States)

    i. If delivery is standard select CanadaPost ExpeditedParcelUSA or DHL

    ii. If delivery is priority select CanadaPost XpressPostUSA or DHL 

    DOMESTIC (shipping within USA)

    i. If delivery is standard select FedEx Ground Shipping or UPS

    ii. If delivery is priority select FedEx 2 Day shipping 

    INTERNATIONAL (shipping from States to Canada)

    i. If delivery is standard select FedEx International Economy

    ii. If delivery is priority select FedEx International Economy

  11. Select the shipping rate

    a. You will receive a popup for you to confirm the shipping cost

    b. Please tap on confirm

  12. Tap on the shipping label

a. Please print it out and tape it on top of the box

DROP YOUR PACKAGE AT THE NEAREST CARRIER DROP-OFF LOCATION WITHIN 1-2 DAYS MAX!
