Appendix A - Quality Control Checklist

If the product is a shoe, you will need to ensure:

• The shoe size listed on the box is the same as on the order

• Inspect both shoes in the box to verify that the shoe size, style and colour is the same as what is listed on the box and on the order

• Inspect shoe box to make sure it is not damaged

• Inspect actual shoes to make sure it is not damaged

• Inspect shoes to make sure there is one for left and one for right 

• Inspect sole of shoes 

If the product is a bag, you will need to ensure:

• The bag has an authenticity certificate 

• All preloved bags require an Entrupy authentication certificate 

• Inspect bag to ensure there are no damages

• Inspect bag to ensure hardware colour is the same as on order (i.e silver vs gold, etc).

If the product is a piece of clothing, you will need to ensure:

• The size of the clothing piece is the same as on the order

• Inspect clothing piece to ensure it is not damaged (i.e threads coming out, missing a button, sweat stains, etc)

• Inspect clothing piece to ensure there are no sensors 

If the product is apparel (jewelry), you will need to ensure:

• The piece of apparel is the same as on the order

• Inspect apparel to ensure it is not damaged or broken

• Reference description for colour of jewelry (i.e silver or gold)
