Your Finds New Home… At ShopThing All Sales Are Final

Due to the unique nature of our live shopping events and in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, ShopThing maintains a strict Final Sale Policy. This means all items purchased are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.

In order to shop with confidence, we encourage you to review this Return Policy before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about sizing, fit, or other product details, we’re here to help—simply start a chat with one of our Sellers in-app!

Exception to the final sale policy may include: 

  • Receiving an item different from what was purchased

  • Receiving a size other than what was ordered

  • Receiving a product that does not match the product description

All cases will be carefully reviewed to determine the appropriate next steps at Shopthing’s sole discretion.

At ShopThing, we ensure every product sold is 100% authentic. If you receive an item deemed counterfeit through a verified by a trusted third-party authentication service such as Entrupy, we will provide a full refund. Click here for more details on our authenticity guaranteed policy.   

VIP Member Perks 

The ShopThing VIP Membership Program offers exclusive benefits designed to enhance your shopping experience! Members enjoy perks such as return eligibility for eligible* items, allowing customers to make up to two (2) returns per month. For more details on our VIP member program click here. Details on our VIP returns are outlined below: 

  • Return limit: VIP members are permitted to make up to two (2) returns per calendar month minus the cost of priority shipping where applicable.

  • Exclusions: Specific events/items tagged with “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for VIP returns. ALL Marketplace items, ALL pre-loved items, swimwear, bralettes, bodysuits and intimates are also excluded from returns for VIP members

  • Return window: Returns must be initiated within seven (7) days of receiving an item per your tracking number or it becomes ineligible for a return. 

  • Eligibility: The VIP membership must be active at both the time of purchase and at the time of return initiation.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging).

Ineligible Return Reasons

The following reasons do not qualify for a return or refund:

  • Fit issues: Variations in fit, size, or style preferences are not considered valid reasons for returns. We recommend reviewing size guides and asking questions during live events.

  • Delivery delays: While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other external factors are not grounds for returns or refunds.

  • Change of mind: Purchases made on the basis of preference changes are final.

  • Color Variance: Slight color or texture differences due to screen settings or natural variations are not accepted as return reasons.

  • Timing: Returns requested outside the return window will not be eligible for a return 

Return Process for Eligible Items

If your return request qualifies for an exception, please proceed with the following steps:

  1. Initiate a Return: Email us at hello@shopthing.com with your order confirmation number and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Conditions: The item must be returned in its *original condition* (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging).

  3. Refund Processing: If a return is granted, products must be sent back within five (5) days of issuance of a shipping label or it will not be processed for a return. Once the return arrives at our fulfillment centers, it will be processed within ten (10) business days, and the refund will be credited back to the original payment method, minus shipping costs and package protection. 

Non-Refundable Fees

Please note that at all times shipping fees, package protection, and any duties or taxes are non-refundable.
