Shipping Information
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently ship to the US and Canada, via tracked shipping with USPS, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, and DHL.
Please note: We do not ship to P.O boxes, Puerto Rico, or Hawaii.
CAN I PICKUP?
Unfortunately, we do not offer pickup.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is included in items shipped by ShopThing, however items sold and shipped by a marketplace seller, additional charges apply as these sellers are incurring the cost to ship items to their customers.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?
Your order will be shipped out to you within 1-3 weeks after your shopper has confirmed your item successfully. We first wait to receive your order from the retailer and then perform a thorough quality inspection. Once this is complete we then ship your order out. At this point you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow up to 7 days transit time from this point. *Please note: These are typical shipping times. There may be delays out of our control due to the type and/or nature of the sale, courier issues, volume, holiday etc.*
WHAT DO MY ORDER NOTIFICATIONS MEAN?
PAID
"Paid" means your order has been placed, and your Shopper is in the process of purchasing the item from our partner or retailer. Once purchased, your Shopper will confirm the order, and your payment will be finalized.
CONFIRMED
"Confirmed" means your Shopper has successfully purchased your item, and we are awaiting its arrival at our fulfillment center. When the item arrives, we’ll complete a quality check for sizing, condition, and accuracy before packaging it for shipment.
PENDING
"Pending" means the item has passed quality checks and is in line to be shipped within 2-5 business days.
FULFILLED
"Fulfilled" means your order has been packed, and a shipping label has been generated. Tracking information will be included in your Shipping Confirmation email within 24 hours. As delivery approaches, please ensure someone is available to receive the package or make alternate collection arrangements if needed. Please note, ShopThing is not responsible for packages marked as delivered to the correct address that may go missing.
CANCELED
"Canceled" means we were unable to secure your order. We only pre-authorized your card for the full amount of the purchase when you placed your order, but this authorization will be fully refunded to your credit card in about 7 business days, depending on your bank.
I CAN’T FIND MY CONFIRMATION/SHIPPING EMAIL? HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE YOUR EMAILS?
Our emails may have ended up in spam/junk/promotion folders. Kindly check there and move it to Inbox so you don’t miss our next email!

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Due to the nature of our live shopping events we are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been locked in for processing. We do apologize for the inconvenience. Therefore, please ensure you have selected the correct item (accounting for sizing conversions, men’s vs. women’s items, etc.) before placing your order.
WHO DOES THE SHIPPING?
When you are looking at the product details you will see “sold by X, shipped by X” if it is ‘shipped by ShopThing’ it means the item comes through one of our two fulfilment centres before making its way to you. If sold & shipped by are the same name, it means the item is coming from a Marketplace seller and they are shipping the items directly to you.
WHAT DOES SHIPPED BY SHOPTHING MEAN?
If your order states “sold by X & shipped by ShopThing?”, this means that your order was purchased by a verified ShopThing shopper, and shipped to you directly from one of our fulfillment centres. If an item indicates it is shipped by another name, that means the Seller is shipping to you directly.
WHY DOES MY ITEM SAY SHIPPED BY SHOPTHING IF I PURCHASED IT FROM A MARKETPLACE SELLER?
If you order states “shipped by ShopThing”, even though you purchased it from a Marketplace seller, this means that your seller sent the item to one of our ShopThing fulfillment centers, and our internal ShopThing team packaged and shipped your order to you.
WHAT IS PACKAGE PROTECTION?
ShopThing provides Package Protection to cover online purchases that are lost or damaged in transit. If you declined Package Protection during checkout, we are not responsible for investigating or refunding lost or damaged packages. Read more here.
DUTIES AND TAXES
DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES?
For orders being purchased in your local currency, there will be no duties or fees. If you purchase in a currency other than your own you may incur duties, taxes and/or fees for which you will be solely responsible to pay. This is out of ShopThing’s control. These amounts are dictated by each countries International trade laws and can vary depending on how many items are in your order. You will be charged by the courier directly.
Please note that in the event an item is returned by you to ShopThing, you will not be refunded any duties, taxes or fees paid on the items.
DELIVERY
If you decline your order upon delivery, your order(s) will be returned to the nearest ShopThing fulfillment center and held until re-delivery arrangements have been made by you. Please note: shipping charges and service fee are non-refundable.
MY ORDER WAS RETURNED TO SENDER - WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
If you receive a notification from a courier service that your package is marked as “Returned to Sender” it is your responsibility to contact ShopThing and arrange for reshipment. Please note that reshipping costs will be at your expense. No refunds will be provided for returned-to-sender items.
WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED?
When we receive the product from the retailer, we perform a thorough quality inspection before shipping to you. In the unlikely scenario that a product you receive is not as described in the video, media and/or description please reach out to our Customer Care Team (hello@shopthing.com). We will look into the case and make a determination on next steps. Please report issues with your order within 5 days of receipt as per your tracking number. Any issues reported beyond this timeline will not be considered. ShopThing will not take responsibility for damage that occurred after wear or use.
