Gift Card Redemption
Eligibility. ShopThing Gift Cards or credits are open to legal residents of the United States of America and Canada, excluding Quebec, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, who have reached the age of majority in their province, territory, or state of residence at the time of entry. By participating in this Contest, entrants acknowledge compliance with, and agree to be bound by, these Contest rules (the “Contest Rules”). ShopThing (the “Sponsor”) shall have the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility to use the gift card. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification. All personal and other information requested by and supplied to the Sponsor for the purpose of the Contest must be truthful, complete, accurate and in no way misleading. The Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant should such entrant at any stage supply untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information, in the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
How to Redeem. Once you have placed a new order with ShopThing, please email hello@shopthing.com with your full name, order number for your Mystery Box, and number on the back of the gift card. A member of our team will then go ahead and process a full refund for your Mystery Box order. Kindly note that we do process a full refund (including tax and package protection) on the mystery box order, and not your new order, as we want to provide you with the refund right away! Once the refund has been processed, you will receive an email, and the gift card is no longer available for use.
Contest Prizes. There is a total of one (1) gift card available to be won as follows: ShopThing credit (valued at either $250 or $500 CAD). Gift cards must be accepted as awarded and have no cash value. ShopThing reserves the right to substitute an alternate Prize of equal or greater value if an advertised gift card is unavailable at the time of award, at the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
