Terms and Conditions for Coupon Codes

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the following coupon code provided by ShopThing ("Company"): "First25," By using this coupons, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Coupon Usage

The Coupon code "First25" entitles you to receive $25 off your eligible first purchase at checkout on the ShopThing website or app, with a minimum purchase of $250.

Each Coupon is valid for one-time use per customer.

Each Coupon applies to a single order only.

The Coupon is only eligible for users who have created an account on ShopThing and are making their first purchase.

3. Eligibility

To use the Coupon code "First25," your purchase must meet the eligibility criteria specified by the Company. For the purposes of promotions, discounts, or any offers labeled as applicable to a "first purchase," it is clarified that any previous transactions, including those completed as a guest, will count as a prior purchase. Customers who have checked out as a guest are not eligible for "first purchase" promotions on subsequent transactions.

Coupons are not applicable to purchases made from Marketplace sellers on ShopThing. Additionally, coupons do not apply to purchases made from independent retailers who are verified sellers but are not registered as ShopThing shoppers.

4. Expiry

The Coupon offers expire on June 28, 2025 at 12:00:000 AM

After the expiry date, the Coupon code "First25” will no longer be valid for use.

5. General

The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel the Coupon offers at any time without prior notice.

The Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold.

The Company reserves the right to revoke the Coupons if it suspects misuse or fraudulent activity.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where the purchase is made.

By using any of the Coupon code “First25” you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
