Q: How do I go live?

We'll cover everything you need to know with our onboarding resources,
provided after you sign up!

Q: How will I get paid?

ShopThing will reimburse you for the product subtotal upon our successful receipt and processing of the sold items!

Q: Where will I shop?

You will have the freedom to sell your own closet or source and book events
at luxury retailers within your city!

Q: Are there any fees associated with hosting events?

No, there are no fees for hosting!

*You will be responsible for purchasing the items that you sell and for the shipping costs associated with sending your sold items to ShopThing’s Fulfillment Center.

Q: How do I send my items to ShopThing?

Please ship your sold items to ShopThing's Fulfillment Center within two business of the event ending.
Drop off is not supported!

Q: How many events can I do?

You can go live on the dates that are most convenient for your schedule!

Q: What items can I post?

Each item must have a minimum sale price of $50.00 USD/CAD. Popular categories include luxury handbags, shoes, clothing, accessories, and jewelry! We recommend posting a minimum of 25 products per event!
