THE 6 BEST OUTLET MALLS IN THE US
From East to West, North to South, we’ve chronicled some of the most amazing outlets in the United States.
Let’s just put it out there: we’re outlet obsessed. I mean who doesn’t love an incredible deal, especially when it’s on a hard-to-find designer item?! But we also know that not all outlets are created equal, and having been to our fair share, we sought out to find you the very best from coast-to-coast.
We mostly based our list on stores/brands you don’t typically find in outlet malls and those in which sales are generally hard to come by. But, be warned, this list is not for the faint of heart. It is jammed packed with the best designer brands that are typically only seen on 5th Avenue or Rodeo Drive.
So, without further ado, here is our top 6.
Central Valley, NY
It is no surprise that number 1 on our list is located just 30 minutes outside of the fashion capital of the US: New York city. We have spent so much time here that we are pretty sure most of the sales people know our names. We LOVE this outlet and it tops our list because we have access to some of the hottest designers that are traditionally only found in swanky malls or boutique-lined-streets.
This shopping oasis features Celine, Dior, Golden Goose, Givenchy and Zimmerman, all of which are exclusive to this centre. And that’s just the beginning. Woodbury is also home to these other incredible brands: Agent Provocateur, Balenciaga, Chloe, Dolce & Gabbana, Fendi, Gucci, Saint Laurent, Jimmy Choo, Moncler, Prada and Valentino.
Fun Fact: Woodbury used to house the WORLDS only Chanel outlet before closing its doors a few years ago.
Sunrise, FL
Not only does this mall have some of the country’s most amazing brands, but it is also the 2nd most beautiful outlet mall we’ve ever been to - don’t worry, the 1st is on this list! The centre looks more like a swanky mall than outlets, but it does boast incredible stores with even better deals. Outside of the usual outlet stores, you can find Barney’s New York Warehouse, Breitling, David Yurman, DVF, Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci, Jimmy Choo, Moncler, Prada, Saint Laurent, Valentino and more.
Fun Fact: We scored a pair of gorgeous baby blue suede wedges by Calvin Klein 205W39NYC for $119, down from $995!
Cabazon, CA
This list would not be complete without this outlet in California. This centre looks like a traditional outlet mall, only it’s draped in palm trees and luxury brands that would make the Kardashians blush. We love that this is the only mall in the US to carry Alice + Olivia, Alexander McQueen and Joie outlets.
And of course, over 15 other drool worthy stores including: Balenciaga, Barneys New York Warehouse, Bottega Veneta, Chloe, Fendi, Gucci, Jimmy Choo, Moncler, Neiman Marcus Last Call, Prada, Saint Laurent, Tom Ford, Valentino, Versace and more.
Pro Tip: This outlet is very big and has soooo many amazing stores. Be sure to plan your route ahead of time on the Simon’s App.
Las Vegas, NV
We’ve all heard the cliche of whatever happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas. This is NOT one of those things. I mean, there is nothing better than winning lots of money at a casino and then spending it all at the outlets! We can dream, right?
This is not the only outlet in Vegas: there is also a Las Vegas South Premium Outlets that we don’t think is as good, so make sure you’re going to the NORTH outlets. We have scored so many amazing deals here, like a pair of snake skin D&G mary-janes for under $300! The center has the country’s only Schutz outlet (never enough shoes!!) on top of all the other amazing stores, including: 7 for all mankind, Burberry, Canali, Carolina Herrera, David Yurman, Dolce & Gabbana, Jimmy Choo, Neiman Marcus Last Call, Saks off 5th and Vince.
Pro Tip: If you aren’t taking a car with you, take an empty suitcase - it will save your arms and give you WAY more stamina to shop!!
San Marcos, TX
Truth be told, we’ve never been to this center, but we are dying to go.
If we thought Sawgrass or Desert Hills was nice, we’ve been told this blows them out of the water, literally. It’s designed after the Piazza San Marco in Venice, Italy and has a man-made river that runs through it, complete with gondolas! We usually like to focus on the shopping, but we’re always impressed when we can enjoy the scenery as well. But of course, to make this list, it all comes down to the stores, and this mall is no different than the rest.
We love the Restoration Hardware, William Sonoma and Pottery Barn Outlets, especially if you live in the area. San Marcos is also home to Prada, Gucci, Neiman Marcus Last Call, Saks off 5th, Stuart Weitzman, Vince, Jimmy Choo and many others.

Camarillo, CA
Last, but certainly not least are the outlets in Camarillo. We’ve surrounded ourselves in palm trees again - we’re beginning to see a trend here…Back to business.
Located in sunny Southern California, this center is more than just 160 incredible stores and the finest collection of designer brand: it is one of LA’s hottest shopping destinations. You can find amazing brands like Casper (mattress), AG Adriano Goldschmied, Barneys New York Warehouse, Diesel, Janie & Jack (if you have any kids in your life, this is the place to be!), Karl Lagerfeld, Lululemon, Neiman Marcus, Ted Baker, Theory and more.
Pro Tip: Theory makes really incredible men’s shirts and they are even more amazing at 50-70% off! Send your spouse there while you shop so you don’t have to hear nagging the whole time!
